For years, I was trapped in a destructive cycle of binge drinking, drugs, anxiety, and self-sabotage. On the outside, I looked like I was coping, but internally I was exhausted, ashamed, and completely lost. At my lowest point, I weighed 135kg, was facing serious health issues, and lived with constant anxiety. Alcohol and substances became my escape from reality rather than a solution to it.

I tried to change many times, but always for the wrong reasons. Each attempt ended the same way — slipping back into old habits and reinforcing the belief that I was stuck. Everything shifted when I stopped blaming circumstances and took full responsibility for my life. That moment became the turning point.

Through discipline, structure, and relentless consistency, I rebuilt my body, strengthened my mindset, and reshaped my identity from the inside out. The process wasn’t easy, but it was honest, and it worked.
